Randy has always been interested in the real estate industry, and began his career as a leasing agent at his family-owned residential property. During this time, Randy honed his negotiation and sales skills managing the day-to-day operations of the 72-unit building. He was very inspired by his family’s dedication and entrepreneurship, later leading him to obtain his real estate broker’s license after several successful years working in IT sales and development.
Randy provides his clients with a wealth of knowledge, drawing on his extensive understanding of the Chicagoland area’s unique communities. As a lifelong Chicago resident—he grew up on the city’s northwest side and currently calls the Loop home—Randy prides himself on providing his clients with the insight they need to make an informed decision. His aptitude for finances offers his clients a unique take on their transaction; Randy leverages his skills to provide his clients with the edge they need to secure the best possible deal. Randy views each transaction as a partnership, advocating for his clients’ needs to help them achieve their real estate goals.
Randy is an avid hockey player, and is a part of a local team. He is also dedicated to supporting his community, and is always looking for ways to give back. Randy currently sits on a fundraising committee for a Down syndrome research organization and Funding Futures Chicago—he’s raised over $1 million dollars to date for the group—and annually participates in the Chicago Polar Plunge.
