Born and raised in Chicago, Tracy Stapleton is a savvy real estate professional who brings a wealth of sales and customer service experience to help her clients achieve their goals. Prior to earning her broker’s license, she spent more than two decades in the advertising and broadcast media industries, working as a sales manager and account executive. Steadfastly focused on her client’s best interests, she consistently established strong, enduring professional relationships based on her exemplary work ethic, integrity, and outstanding customer service. Respected as an excellent negotiator, a trustworthy communicator and a loyal advocate for her clients, Tracy managed a million-dollar portfolio of high-profile repeat clients and their referrals.
An avid arts enthusiast and a dancer since a young age, Tracy went to college on a dance scholarship, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Communications. As a dancer, Tracy developed patience, perseverance, discipline—and a collaborative approach grounded in working towards a common goal. Transitioning to real estate, she has been able to combine these personal strengths with her extensive professional experience and her passion for architecture and interior design.
Charismatic, outgoing and curious by nature, Tracy begins every client relationship by listening carefully to understand their personal priorities as well as their real estate dreams, needs and objectives. Other than a short stint on the West Coast, Tracy has spent her entire life in the Chicago area. Having lived in Wildwood, Edgebrook, Edison Park, Lakeview & Park Ridge, she has a deep knowledge of the North & Northwest sides of the city, as well as the Northwest suburbs & Northshore. A true fan of her hometown, it is only fitting that Tracy is sharing her extensive professional expertise and her local neighborhood insights to help clients find their home. Outside of work, she loves exploring new corners of the city and suburbs with her family—and returning to her favorite old haunts. Depending upon the season, you might find her hitting the beach, checking out a lively street festival, or simply taking advantage of the region’s many cultural, dining and entertainment opportunities.
