Not only did she go above and beyond to have the most beautiful photos taken of our property, she also had a professional videographer create an awesome video, take drone footage, and she also had some virtual staging images created to show potential buyers what they could also do to enhance the space. I spent the better part of a year searching for a home in Chicago with Linette as my guide. Linette kept me informed in this difficult sale involving a fuzzy title which had to be cleared before sale. The condo had to be cleared of contents before sale. Hilary was very helpful to work with throughout all steps of the buying process. As first-time home buyers, we needed lots of “hand-holding” from the outset. Hilary provided a full process diagram at our initial meeting that showed all of the steps we would need to go through, and talked us through approximate durations for each. When it was time for viewings, she was able to point out factors we may not have otherwise considered.
